Drew Sidora, from The Real Housewives of Atlanta, has publicly discussed a court ruling that requires her to leave the residence she occupies with her estranged spouse, Ralph Pittman.

As reported in court documents acquired by TMZ on Friday, April 10, Sidora, who is 40 years old, received an order to vacate their marital home located in Georgia by "May 31." The report further indicated that Sidora and Pittman, age 43, will share joint legal custody of their two children, son Machai, aged 10, and daughter Anija, aged 8. Additionally, Sidora has a 15-year-old son named Josiah from a prior relationship.

On Sunday, April 12, Sidora spoke about the legal matters through a statement on X. She said, “Good morning. Some aspects of my divorce have recently emerged in the public domain, although the process remains unfinished. During this period, Ralph and I are focused on co-parenting and prioritizing the well-being of our children.” She added, “While some elements are outside my control, I remain dedicated to being the best mother I can each day.”

In her further comments, she stated, “Being in the public eye presents challenges, but I am making a conscious choice to proceed with grace, growth, and purpose. My children come first, and I am devoted to nurturing love, peace, and positivity. There is no malice intended towards anyone—just a persistent commitment to healing, evolving, and striving to be the best version of myself.”

TMZ pointed out that the judge remarked, “due to the current financial circumstances of the parties,” Sidora will “continue sharing the expenses” until she has “vacated the home.”

Having joined RHOA in the thirteenth season in 2020, Sidora told Us Weekly in November 2025 that, although Pittman filed for divorce after their eight-year marriage in February 2023, he still resided in the basement. (Following Pittman's filing, Sidora submitted her own divorce petition, leading to months of court disputes involving allegations of infidelity and outstanding loans.)

“He is still down there, and we are still navigating this process,” Sidora shared with Us at BravoCon 2025. “I was supposed to be present for my final trial today, so this day has been particularly challenging, but the judge permitted me to be here as it was crucial for me to attend this event. I am thankful for that.”

A spokesperson for Sidora informed TMZ on Friday, “This issue is currently under active litigation and is in the process of the final trial. The Second Temporary Order is merely temporary and does not indicate the conclusive result of the case.”
