Kelley Wolf has expressed that several individuals in her life have “betrayed” her during her ongoing divorce from Scott Wolf.
On Tuesday, August 12, she took to her Instagram Stories to openly share her feelings about the current status of her relationships. At 48 years old, Kelley shared her unfiltered thoughts.
“Numerous individuals I have cherished throughout my life have not only let me down but have also failed to call just to ‘check in,’” she conveyed in white text set against a black backdrop featuring only an American flag icon. “Anyone who has chosen to leave me ‘alone’ will not be a part of my life going forward.”
Kelley and the Party of Five actor parted ways in June after being married for 21 years. At that time, Us Weekly reported that Scott, who is 57, initiated the divorce proceedings. The couple has three children together: Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11. Currently, Kelley does not have physical custody of her children, as Scott holds temporary sole physical custody. She mentioned her intention to share more of her reflections in an upcoming book.
“It’s titled: Shut the F*** Up. It was inspired by my disdain for those lacking courage, integrity, and honor,” Kelley explained in her Instagram Story. “My family embodies all of these qualities and even more, and I am excited to take on the campaign to restore the LIMP name to its rightful status.” (Limp is Kelley’s maiden name.)
In a follow-up Instagram Story, which she posted concurrently with the first, Kelley expressed gratitude towards those who have supported her during recent months. “I am overwhelmed and at a loss for words regarding the tremendous love I have received from my long-time and dear friends [in] many places I have called home throughout my life,” she wrote again in white text against a black background.
“While sitting in a rocking chair in a beautiful setting, I am filled with profound gratitude for the strength of friendship and connection and am amazed by the gift of life and how fortunate I am to be surrounded by such remarkable people.”
This glimpse into Kelley’s support system came shortly after Us reported that Utah Sheriff’s deputies were called to the Wolf household four times within four days recently amid the ongoing divorce proceedings.
The 911 calls were made by both an unidentified man and woman, with official documents indicating discrepancies regarding access to the estranged couple’s residence in Park City.
Days following the news of Kelley and Scott’s separation, she was reportedly detained by officers while conducting an Instagram Live session. It was stated that she was taken to a nearby hospital and released shortly thereafter.
