Meghan Markle shared the heartwarming custom that she and Prince Harry uphold to nurture their relationship.
In an interview with People featured on Wednesday, March 12, Meghan, 43, mentioned that she and Harry, 40, practice “nightcap recaps,” a tradition where they unwind with a drink and discuss their day.
She noted that this ritual typically occurs while they prepare lunch boxes for their children, Archie, 5, and Lilibet, 3.
“I believe all parents with kids in this age bracket understand how it can feel like rinse and repeat,” the duchess shared with the publication.
Following this, the pair often snuggle up together to watch their preferred television shows.
“We’re fans of Shrinking; we just completed Black Doves, and we’re eagerly anticipating the new season of The White Lotus,” Meghan expressed.
The Duchess of Sussex’s recent insights emerge as her Netflix series, With Love, Meghan, has been renewed for a second season.
This series, which highlights Meghan’s skills in crafting, cooking, and hosting celebrity friends, aligns with the launch of her lifestyle brand, As Ever.
The products, expected to debut in the spring of 2025, will encompass items like raspberry spread, honey, flower sprinkles, and a diverse selection of tea.
“I envision that it’s quite similar to what any couple experiences,” she continued. “You each have your own careers, yet you also share common interests.”
“We’ve been such a tight-knit team for an extended time that we experience everything together, step by step,” Meghan concluded. “And I cherish that. Being a female founder while having the backing of my husband means the world to me.”
