Emily Osment has allegedly finalized her divorce from Jack Anthony after a brief five-month marriage.

As reported by TMZ, Osment filed the documents for the settlement on Monday, March 10, which coincidentally is her 33rd birthday. Just three days earlier, the actress had filed court papers to dissolve her marriage to Anthony, aged 42, stating irreconcilable differences as the cause for the separation. She indicated that the date of separation was December 7, 2024—two months following their wedding in October.

The star of the CBS comedy Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage has not yet publicly addressed her breakup with Anthony on her social media accounts. However, on Monday, she shared several birthday messages from friends and family on her Instagram Stories. Osment and Anthony had a prenuptial agreement and do not have any children together. Known for her roles in the Spy Kids movie series and Disney Channel's Hannah Montana, Osment kept her relationship largely private. Reports indicate that the two first met in 2021. They revealed their engagement on Instagram in June 2023, with Osment expressing her admiration for Anthony in a touching post.

"This magical, beautiful, kaleidoscope of a person asked me to marry him this weekend. I was unaware that life could be this sweet or that I could ever feel this blissfully happy," she wrote alongside a picture showcasing her engagement ring.

She continued: "I take great pride in the life we’ve created together and in the people we have evolved into over the last few years. This love is vast and uniquely ours, and I believe it can achieve anything. I am incredibly honored to stand by you every day. I love you, Jack."

Osment's brother, Haley Joel Osment, participated in the wedding ceremony, standing by her side at the altar. "It was really adorable," she recounted during her guest appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show in October. "I appreciated having him support me in that manner, supporting both of us in that sense. He truly delivered."

Osment first introduced her ex-husband on Instagram four years ago, sharing a New Year's Eve photo with Anthony. "Growing stronger and weirder with each passing year. Thrilled to be right where I am. Happy New Year from my couch!!" she captioned the image.

She also celebrated Anthony’s 40th birthday around 2023 with a tribute on Instagram.

"National Jack Day!!!" she announced. "Happy birthday to the absolute best. He greets every day with kindness, humor, and a zest for life. We could all learn to be a bit more like him. Let’s send him love today for he is pure magic. I love you!"
