Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has revealed that he and his wife, Taylor Swift, have welcomed a dog into their household.
The 36-year-old athlete features in a new Tommy Hilfiger fashion campaign alongside the couple's fluffy white Samoyed. Published by Vogue on Tuesday, September 1, the feature explained that the brand's creative group had contemplated using a dog for the shoot before Kelce offered the pet he owns with Swift.
Kelce expressed excitement regarding the dog's modeling debut, telling the publication that she performed exceptionally well, fit the label's look, and was part of his favorite images from the session. The "New Heights" podcast co-host did not share the animal's name during the interview, though he remarked that she brightens his daily routine. Separate reporting from Forbes on Tuesday stated that the pet is named Wendy.
Public speculation regarding the pair's pet ownership originated on July 12, when Swift and Kelce were seen arriving at President Donald J. Trump International Airport in Palm Beach, Florida, accompanied by an animal. The 36-year-old musician and Kelce married on July 3 in a star-studded ceremony held at Madison Square Garden in New York City after three years together.
In addition to the new dog, Swift maintains three cats named Meredith Grey, Olivia Benson, and Benjamin Button. Speaking on Kelce’s "New Heights" podcast in August 2025, Swift discussed introducing her felines to the four daughters of her brother-in-law, Jason Kelce.
The pop star recalled that 38-year-old Jason had previously told his children—Wyatt, 6, Elliotte, 5, Bennett, 3, and Finnley, 17 months—that cats were venomous. Swift stated her objective was to disprove that claim by letting the children interact with her ragdoll cat, Benjamin, who allows people to hold him. She recounted that young Bennett enjoys spending time holding the pet, noting that her cats interact well with children and demonstrating to the girls that the animals are not poisonous despite what their father had told them.
