Travis Kelce is reportedly getting ready for the next NFL season in a luxurious manner.

The 35-year-old tight end is leasing an upscale mansion in Boca Raton, Florida, while he focuses on training for the Kansas City Chiefs later this year, as reported by The Daily Mail.

This rental features six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, along with amenities such as a waterfall pool, a spa, a wine cellar, a private dock, and round-the-clock security. Constructed in 2020, it is situated within the Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club. According to Realtor.com, the mansion was previously sold for 15 million dollars in June 2023, with its current value estimated to be between 18 million and 20 million dollars.

“Relax in the master suite beside the quartzite Cristallo linear fireplace wall, and kick off your day with drinks at the morning bar,” the previous listing highlighted regarding the mansion's interior, according to Realtor.com. “Private access to a covered balcony offers stunning island views,” the listing went on to say, adding, “When the evening arrives, enjoy a movie night in the media room, outfitted with motorized window shades to create a cinematic experience, and sip a drink from the custom-made wooden club bar. A climate-controlled wine cellar with the capacity to hold 459 bottles simplifies the process of storage and serving.”

Kelce arrived in April with his friend Ross Travis, personal chef Kumar Ferguson, and an array of luxury vehicles, including a Rolls-Royce Ghost and a Maybach SUV, as reported by The Daily Mail. The athlete, who is dating Taylor Swift, is said to be training with strength and conditioning coach Andrew Spruill at Johnny O’s Gym in Boca Raton.

“Kelce Jam is getting ready for 2026,” the festival announced on social media on May 13, just four days before the event was set to occur. “While we will miss being with you this year, we are using this time to prepare for an even larger, enhanced, and unforgettable experience next summer. Stay tuned for thrilling updates and announcements.”

Kelce Jam debuted in 2023 and was held for the past two years at the Azura Amphitheater in Bonner Springs, Kansas, approximately 25 miles west of the Chiefs’ home, Arrowhead Stadium.

The festival cancellation comes as Kelce prepares to return for his 13th season with the Chiefs this fall after Kansas City suffered a loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LIX in February.

“I believe the most significant factor is that I absolutely adore playing football,” Kelce remarked regarding his choice to return during his “New Heights” podcast in March. “I enjoy the game immensely. I still have the confidence that I can perform at a high level and potentially even better than I did last season. I don’t consider it my finest performance. I feel like I disappointed my teammates more often than I supported them, particularly when reflecting on my history and how I have performed in previous years. I'm eager to give it another strong effort. I ended last season on a sour note, especially considering how well I was playing and the responsibility I took towards those around me.”

Kelce continued, “I have deep affection for so many individuals in Kansas City, both within that facility and in the community, as it has become my home. I’m not ready to walk away from that life just yet.”
