Gia Giudice Says She Is in ‘No Rush’ to Move Out of Mom Teresa Giudice’s House

Teresa Giudice’s daughter Gia Giudice doesn’t see the need to hurry up and move out of her mom’s house.

“After college, I moved back home, I don’t have an urgency to move out right now. I have everything I need at home,” Gia, 24, said during the premiere episode of her “Causal Chaos” podcast on Monday, March 24. “I know people that stay home until they get married. I make my own money, I do my own thing.”

Gia explained that her living situation could change depending on her future with boyfriend Christian Carmichael. (Gia and Carmichael have been dating since 2019.)

“I just don’t see the urgency to move out. The only reason why I want to move out is to move in with Christian,” she continued. “So when we’re both ready, that’s gonna happen.”

Until that day comes, Gia is perfectly happy to simply enjoy the perks of living under Teresa’s roof.

“I get amazing meals cooked by my mom. And my dog [is there] — I love my Bella,” Gia gushed. “And just being home with my family, I honestly love it.”

Gia added that Carmichael, 23, “loves” being around her family too, as the couple have a similar family situation as they are both one of four siblings. In addition to Gia, Teresa, 52, is mother to daughters Gabriella, 20, Milania, 19, and Audriana, 15.

“We have very similar home dynamics where it’s fun being around your siblings and your family,” she noted.

Gia teased that when the “time comes” her listeners will have a “front-row seat” to the journey.

RHONJ fans have gotten to know Gia over the years as she’s made multiple appearances on the Bravo series alongside her mom. While Gia has grown up in the show’s spotlight, she previously told Us Weekly about how excited she was to share other aspects of her life with her new podcast venture.

“I’ve been on Housewives my whole life. I grew up in the spotlight, and I’ve been through a lot throughout my life,” she told Us earlier this month. “My family’s divorced, legal issues, family issues, so I feel like my family is getting out of this dark cloud right now. We’re finally seeing the light and just living life, enjoying and just really steering away from all that toxicity.”
