The Buying Beverly Hills star, 28, appeared to confirm her engagement to boyfriend Jake Zingerman in a video shared by her pal Shelby Mo via Instagram Stories early Friday, November 8.
Shelby filmed herself on a video call with Alexia and Jake during which Alexia flashed what appeared to be an engagement ring. “I AM NOT OKAY,” Shelby wrote over the video, tagging the couple and including an engagement ring emoji.

Alexia is the eldest of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky’s three daughters. The estranged couple, who announced their separation in July 2023, also share daughters Sophia, 24, and Portia, 16. Kyle is also mom to Farrah Aldjufrie, 36, whom she shares with ex-husband Guraish Aldjufrie.
Real estate agent Alexia works with her dad and sister Farrah at The Agency and was featured on two seasons of Netflix’s Buying Beverly Hills, which documented the family juggling working together and their personal lives.
Alexia and Jake have been together for around five years and moved in together earlier this year. In January, Alexia’s pal Shelby shared an Instagram Story photo of a furnished living room and tagged Alexia and Jake. “New cozy little [house],” she wrote over the photo.
Alexia previously lived with Kyle and Mauricio at their Beverly Hills home. Kyle told Bravo’s The Daily Dish in February that it was hard to see her daughter flee the nest.
“I honestly had to just shut that part of my brain off,” said the RHOBH star. “It was like, my child’s leaving the house. Because of everything that we’ve been going through this last year-and-a-half, it was just too much for me to even process.”
“I just had to say, ‘I’m grateful she lived with me 27-and-a-half years,’ which is not the norm. So I just focus on the positive,” Kyle added.
Since moving in together, Jake and Alexia also appear to have adopted a kitten. “This is our boy, Sashimi… They grow up so fast,” Jake captioned a series of photos of the couple posing with their pet cat via Instagram in October.
